Who provides your care
ShyftMD LLC does not provide medical care. Medical services are provided by independent, U.S.-licensed providers through Wasef Health, PC, and providers are assigned based on your state and availability. What does not change is the standard: a licensed provider reviews your online visit before any prescription is written.
How your provider works with you
Your provider makes the medical decisions. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Your provider reads your online visit: your health history, current medications and goals. If anything needs clarifying, they may ask you follow-up questions before deciding.
Your provider decides whether Sermorelin or compounded GLP-1 (semaglutide) is appropriate for you. If it is, the prescription goes to a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. If it isn’t, your provider will tell you.
Treatment doesn’t end at the prescription. You can message your care team from your patient portal with questions, and your provider decides on any change to your plan.
Tell your provider about any side effects or changes in your health. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. ShyftMD is not an emergency service.
