Availability depends on your state. During your online visit, you’ll see whether ShyftMD is available where you live.

Start with a quick online visit. If a licensed provider decides you’re a good candidate, they prescribe a plan for you. Your medication ships to your door (for Sermorelin, with syringes, alcohol swabs and instructions). You take it at home, and you can message your care team with questions. Get started.

No insurance is required. Sermorelin pricing is shown up front, and GLP-1 pricing is shown after your online visit. See pricing.

Sermorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. It acts on the pituitary gland to stimulate the body’s own release of growth hormone. ShyftMD’s sermorelin is a compounded prescription injection, taken under the skin at home. About Sermorelin.

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. ShyftMD’s GLP-1 weight-loss program uses compounded semaglutide, prescribed only if a licensed provider decides it’s appropriate. The program also includes dietitian access, live workouts, support groups, meal-prep guidance and mental-health coaching. Compounded semaglutide is not the same as FDA-approved branded products. No. ShyftMD currently offers Sermorelin and compounded GLP-1 (semaglutide) only.

No. ShyftMD’s medications are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Prescribed medications are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding (503A) pharmacies.
